Isn’t the above statement true? It is when we are rested that we connect with what is essential for living wholeheartedly and in alignment to what matters in our lives. Rest in our lives needs to be intentional and deliberate. This is not the time to put REST in the back seat or at the bottom of our to-do list as it is needed more than ever now. We need to choose to rest and allow the non-doing - this creates an opening in our daily lives for deep listening, feeling and sensing.
