How to Attend the Democratic National Convention

Reference is made to the recent bulletin that I sent you.  Here is additional information about delegate opportunities to the Democratic National Convention:

     Delegate at Large (6 positions) or alternate (2 positions):  If you wish to be considered for these positions, please declare your candidacy by completing and submitting the DNC At-large Delegate and Alternate Candidate form at hawaiidemocrats.org, 2020 forms.  Deadline is May 27, 2020, 5:00 p.m. HST.

     Pledged Party Leader and Elected Official (PLEO) delegate (3 positions):  State-wide elected officials, state legislative leaders, state legislators, other state, county and local elected officials, and Party leaders may be considered for one of these positions by filing a Statement of Candidacy and Pledge of Support Form found at hawaiidemocrats.org, 2020 forms.  Deadline is May 27, 2020, 5:00 p.m., HST.  The State Central Committee members who represent state senatorial districts will vote for the PLEO delegates on June 13, 2020.
