Dear St. John’s School Parent,
Lighthouse Strategic Solutions has been engaged by St. John’s to facilitate the hiring process for the next school principal. I have had the great blessing of working with Fr. Neil Bakker at Our Lady of Grace and subsequently facilitating team development with the leadership team at St. John’s. Lighthouse currently works with 14 parishes and/or schools within the Archdiocese providing support on the finance, HR, strategy, and leadership team development.
As we prepare for this time of transition, we want to learn from different constituent groups to gather input into key elements of St. John’s accomplishments and gain a deeper understanding of both the successes at St. John’s and the opportunities for improvement.
