So much has happened since our last video update, including Sumpango confirming its first COVID cases.

Our team have met some extreme cases and we've been able to provide basic groceries and other necessities like water (to drink and boil) or firewood (to cook).

Sadly, we met one family of four who were barely hanging on, surviving on two eggs per day for one week. Another single mom had to borrow Q2 (35 cents) to buy 8 tortillas for her kids to eat.

To date, we've helped nearly 200 families or 1,300 people through the distribution of basic groceries. That's nearly 4,300 lbs delivered by vehicle or by foot.
