Sunday, May 24th Church Service
Hello Church Family,
You may have seen in the news that President Trump held a press conference yesterday and announced that churches will be deemed “essential places that provide essential services” and called upon governors to allow churches to open their doors immediately.
Our leadership team has a plan for how our church will respond and follow the CDC guidelines. Currently, the YMCA is not prepared to open the doors this weekend for us with the short notice. However, it sounds like next week it will able to open for us with staff on site.
So, there are a few ways to join us for our Sunday, May 24th Church Service:
10am In-Person (weather permitting) at:
Bring a lawn chair, your Bible, and join us if you are feel healthy and safe.
10am Online at:
When the YMCA does open for us to have church services, there will be many precautions put in place. The facility will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and hand sanitizer will be readily available. There will be social distancing in the sense that family groups can sit together with distance around them.
We expect that the overall attendance will be light as people naturally are cautious and careful about opening things up too quickly. If you are not feeling well, please remain at home and watch services online. There is no pressure to attend as always.
We will not be serving snacks right away. We will make them available when conditions indicate it is safe to do so.
The situation is constantly changing, so we will continue to communicate with every step as we work through the process.
Thank you for your prayers as we continue processing through these extremely challenging times.
Serving in Christ,
Tim Molter, Senior Pastor
