Join Luca & Rosanna from ALCE Bologna Schools, as we meet together in small virtual groups and have a cooking class, preparing a meal together, straight from Italy. Your ticket grants you one portal for the assigned cooking class you may have as many folks as you would like in your home for the class, learn, prepare, eat & drink together, the Italian way! Luca is a renowned Chef, Sommelier, International Cheese Judge, and Proprietor of the ALCE Bologna Schools. Luca and Rossana will teach us how the Italians prepare such delicious foods with a hands on approach. You will be given a list of ingredients in the week leading up to the class,you will need to secure the items needed for the class. You will need to download the Zoom app on either an IPAD, Laptop, or Cell Phone, cell phone may be small for you to see, but could work. You will log in a couple minutes before 10:00 a.m. and be able to see Luca & Rossana in Bologna Italy and the other classmates around the USA as we all learn together. These are small classes so you can have the time and attention to learn and prepare your fantastic Italian Meal!
