All creation still shouts praise to God.
Are you feeling a bit down with what we have all been experiencing these last few months?  Take a moment to go outside, look up, and lift your voice with creation, 'shouting' praise to our Creator...  in spite of the trauma around us, God does still reign...
Please share this weekly newsletter with your friends
While the printed edition of IntraVic will return when churches can open again, more and more people are relying on digital media and we will continue sharing news with the bulletin announcements this way in a weekly email.
If you hear, like we have, comments about people not knowing what was going on, for example with this last weekend and the #weRtheChurch program, share this newsletter with them and encourage them to sign up so they stay in the know!

Sod Turning

Heritage College is in its 21st year of serving the community and offers continuous education programs from early childhood right through to Year 12, with campuses located in the heart of Officer and Narre Warren South.
Last week the school announced that the morning run is about to get easier for families in Narre Warren South with an Early Learning Centre opening at Heritage College in 2021.  Early Learning Centre Assistant Director, Ms Ellen Saunders, Heritage College Principal, Mr Sonny Aiono and Early Learning Centre Director, Ms Leanne Munchan are pictured, turning the first sod on the new Early Learning Centre development.

Hope Awakens with John Bradshaw

Hope Awakens is in its FOURTH WEEK and will continue through to June 13, with sessions 7:30pm on Friday, Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
BUT IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO START WATCHING!  The vast majority of views of this program have been on demand, not at the scheduled times of airing.
Go to the Conference Website and click on WATCH NOW.  This will take you to Hope Awakens page, where you again click on WATCH NOW which gives you the options of watching 'live' when scheduled or viewing past episodes.
To find out more about Hope Online 2020 and how Hope Awakens with John Bradshaw fits into this program, again go to Vic.Adventist.org.au and this time click on the More Info button.

IntraVic Quarterly

IntraVic is now being produced quarterly, with different content to the weekly emails, and while the printed edition is temporarily suspended the May edition was released last Friday.

You should have received it, but if you didn't, or you know someone who missed out, this latest edition can be seen here

Please share the link with your church friends and family who missed out, so they can catch up, and please encourage them to sign up while they are there.

An Historic Sabbath

#WeRtheChurch aired this last weekend and was a special event in the history of the South Pacific Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.  Members from around the Division joined in worship together in their specific timezones.
The focus of the weekend event was on how the Church is continuing its mission in new and interesting ways despite the lockdown measures driven by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The playlist is available at the Adventist Media's Youtube Channel if you would like to watch it on demand.

Avondale Offering in 2 Weeks

Avondale University College needs your help to support students who lose income because of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Giving to the Avondale Offering will ensure these students can still afford tuition, textbooks and on-campus accommodation. We seek to transform students who then transform their communities, so retention is important—we can’t afford to lose students even if they’re struggling to afford to stay.
Support our economic hardship grants by giving to the Avondale Offering through eGiving on Sabbath, June 6, or by donating online  (donations above $2 are tax deductible in Australia).
Ellen White valued transformation, too. She described it as the power to think and do and as a gift from the Creator. Giving to Avondale demonstrates your support for her philosophy.
Thank you for journeying with us through this new normal.
Is your church planning an online event?  Do you have a story that might inspire others to step out of their comfort zone for the Lord?
Please remember to share them with us - links at the bottom of the email...
Administration ask that you pray for the team as they work toward obtaining certificates of occupancy for Stage One.
To find out more about remaining availablility of Stage One, or to express interest in Stage Two, Contact Mary George here.
