...four pins never seen at N&N before - Trifari Philippe large yellow berries fruit pin clip, characteristic prongs providing the 1938-39 date, an ultimate rarity... 1942 patented Corocraft nestling Peacock pin, in pave and enamel, as seen in Brunialti (but never here, till now)... Dujay 4 inch sword and sheath, marked with a single number... Trifari Philippe 1941 Jack in the Pulpit Leaf pin clip, dateable from other contemporary designs, another great rarity...
   
...Trifari 1972 Egyptian revival necklace, the series documented by a NY Daily News article, explicitly connecting the exhibition at the British Museum, London, that year, and three American Costume jewelry houses (the others besides Trifari were KJL, and Jules van Rouge, chief Carnegie designer)... classic MB Boucher 1941 metallic enamel cherries are here... wonderful Nettie Rosenstein Sterling 18th Century Rosenkavalier style courtly couple, he in rose, she in yellow gold plate... a matched pair of Dujay orchids, superb companions to the larger Dujay clip at Bergdorf's in December 1938 (and also on site)...
   
...also never here before, the Lester Gaba 'Yankee Doodlers' patented Mississippi steamboat, from a rare 1938 series... 1960 superbly stylish Boucher orchid, in citrine and topaz, with new Harper's Bazaar advert giving the price, and a vivid description... charming 1951 patented and advertised Corocraft 'Gentle Fawn' drinking at an aqua waterfall (a new print of the advert makes visible Coro's spelling mistake)... classic 1964 Dior by Henkel and Grosse gold Rosette bow pin....
