MEGHOSSZABBODIK A SZÉP KÁRTYÁK SZOCHO-MENTESSÉGE

Ahogyan arról korábbi hírlevelünkben már tájékoztattuk Önöket, a társaságoknak – a Gazdaságvédelmi Akciótervvel összefüggésben kiadott 140/2020 kormányrendeletet alapján – a 2020. április 22. és 2020. június 30. közötti időszakban nyújtott SZÉP-kártya juttatások tekintetében nem kell szociális hozzájárulási adót fizetniük. Ezzel kapcsolatban jó hír, hogy a 2020. május 22-én kiadott 225/2020 kormányrendelet a SZÉP kártya-juttatások szociális hozzájárulási adómentességét 2020. december 31-ig meghosszabbítja. Így, az év végéig, 15% marad ezen juttatások adóterhe.
