Dear Friends,

We are enthusiastically preparing our Friday meeting.  Symbolically we will dedicate our next inhale to the popular being: the seed - seeds within ourselves that we may have discovered and would like to water. We recommend watching this video as a part of the preparation for the session.

We will take the fourth inhale together on Friday, 29th of May at 3pm - 6pm CET

(2pm - 5pm in the UK; 4pm - 7pm in Latvia) 

The zoom room will be open 15 minutes before start, so that you can settle down well and try out your audio and video devices.

The theme of the session will be CRYSTALLIZING

Please prepare some materials for creative work: a sheet of paper, with paints or color pencils/crayons, perhaps scissors would be needed
