Accessing LIVE STREAM CLASSES
via our ONLINE STUDIO
Hello Yogis,
Thank you for your amazing feedback on our Online Studio.
I am so glad you are loving it. This email outlines the process & some trouble shooting.
If you're yet to sign up for our on-line studio, here's what you need to do:
Please read this email carefully to ensure you can gain access.
Please book Live Stream Classes by 9pm the night before
via our app or website (This is our Booking System)
You will also need to register for our Online Studio (This is our Teaching System) and requires it's own login. Best to create this new login using the same details you use for our booking system. This is a once-off but must be done by 9pm the night before your first live-stream class.

On the home page of our on-line studio, select
> Sign In (top right)
> Create a new account (if you haven't already done so)
|
|
If you have an unlimited pass or membership, this includes unlimited access to our 165+ on-demand and live-stream classes. (once you register, please be in touch if you do not have access)
If you are using a class pass, you will be given access to the classes you book into. Just make sure that 1. you are registered in the online studio and 2. you book via the app/website by 9pm the night before.
If you wish to change your existing pass into an unlimited one, please let me know by reply email.
Once in the Online Studio, to see all the classes you have access to, please select:
> My Dashboard (top right)

To access the Live Stream Class you simply log in to the Online Studio, go to your dashboard and select the relevant class.
For those of you with full access, there will be over 165 classes in your dashboard.
Use the search bar and type in the day of the week for your live stream classes, then select the relevant class time.

When you select the Live Stream class, zoom will open... please select Allow.
|
|
Zoom should automatically open... if it does not, in the left hand menu, under the live stream class is a tab: 'ZOOM NOT OPENING?'... select that:

Copy and paste the link (shown in orange) into your web browser.
|
|
|
ENJOY!

To Recap:
- Please book by 9pm the night before (via app or website) - booking system
- ensure you are registered in our online studio - teaching system
- Open https://the-retreat-yoga.thinkific.com
- Sign In (top right)
- 'My Dashboard' (top right)
- Use 'Search Bar' (right) and type 'Day of week'
- Select your class
- Zoom should automatically open
- If Zoom does not open, select the 'ZOOM NOT OPENING?' tab (listed below the Live Stream Class) - copy and paste link into web browser.
- Enjoy your class
