This year's recruitment kick-off is a one time, county wide extravaganza and guaranteed be fun and informative, provide outstanding marketing resources and ideas, and will be interactive with other Cub Scout leaders from all over Orange County. The kick-off is designed for New Member Coordinators, Cub Masters, Committee Chairs, and Den Leaders….in fact, bring the whole Pack team!
PICK UP YOUR RECRUITMENT KITS & SOME RECRUITING TOOLS
We will be distributing all the tools and resources you need to conduct a successful Fall recruitment. Please send at least one leader from your Pack to pick up your kit.
USING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
Heidi Bramlett, from Google Corporation and Committee Chair for Pack 654 will once again share how the strategic use of social media and other common marketing platforms helped them recruit over 100 new Cub Scouts in the past 3 years into their Pack…largely during the fall.
BECOME A “GROWTH PACK”
Learn how your Pack can become a “Growth Pack” for 2020 and earn a special recognition! Learn how all your new Cub Scouts will receive “FREE ADMISSION” to the Fall Festival Camp to be held at Oso Lake Scout Camp.
PACK DISPLAY BOARD CONTEST
Please bring your Pack display board to share with other Packs. We will present a cool recognition to the Pack with the display board voted “best in show.” This is a wonderful opportunity to share program and marketing ideas with other Packs.

WE PLAN TO CONTINUE OUR SCOUTING PARTNERSHIP WITH UCI ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT!
This kick-off will feature a new partnership with one of the top university sports programs in the nation, University of California Irvine. FREE “Flex Passes” will be provided for all new Cub Scouts who join your Pack this fall.
