We will be back at the Yuba City Appointment Only sale for a Friday one-day clean out (or we could say everything must go sale). We still have a house full of great furniture, hand tools, collectibles, and more. We will also be adding a few sterling silver items and costume jewelry (these items have not been at the sale and will be our fair price). Please check the list at the bottom of our description for an updated list for some of the items we have left. Many things are 1/2 off or greatly reduced. You can also fill-a-bag for $5 on certain items. We want to invite you to a real treasure hunt. This house contains 46 years of collecting over four generations. We are all set with a centrally located sink if you would like to wash your hands. This a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. Many items for hobby photographers, beautiful framed photography prints, and more. Well maintained household furniture, a large collection of gourmet kitchenware, kitchen gadgets, glassware, and bakeware, hand tools, camping gear, some vintage camping. You will find craft room supplies, notions, fabric, and many misc. crafting supplies, plus, books, records, CDs, Christmas, vintage electronics, and speakers. Also, there are office supplies, printers, large poster/photo printers, and desks. Shop for many health and medical-related necessitates walkers, and grabbers. There is a nice selection of large men’s and women’s upscale clothing and two beautiful wedding gowns size 6-8. We also have garden supplies and yard tools. We do need to get this house emptied. Here is the link to sign up for your appointment. You can choose a 30 or 60-minute time slot. Space is limited so please sign up each person from your household in a time slot (maximum 2 per household). We were supposed to have this estate sale back at the end of March but it was postponed because of the Corona Virus and shelter in place. We have had to make some changes for now in how the sale will be conducted to keep everyone safe. Below are a list of a few of our changes:
You will sign up online for an appointment (30-60 min). Let us know if you are bringing another person from your household with you. (limit one additional person) We can only have a small group of people in the house at one time.
We have limited appointments so please be on time and limit 30 to 60 min. I will open up the appointment times first for 24 hours to those on our newsletter before the public.
We will have a hand sanitizer station before you enter and the kitchen sink is available for you to wash your hands.
