There is a lot happening online, but we thought you might enjoy this!
Many of us share a love for Jewish food and cooking, and if we don’t, someone close to us does. For thousands of years, Jewish women have shared in the almost spiritual act of cooking and baking for their families, especially for Shabbat. And now, there’s a festival of events (virtual, of course) that helps grow this passion, knowledge and create camaraderie.
The Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis Women’s Philanthropy invites you to participate in the virtual Great Big Jewish Food Festival, taking place from May 19-28. Brought together in a unique collaboration, this series includes workshops, conversations, happy hours and cooking demonstrations from rugelach to a Shabbat meal led by well-known chefs, food writers and restaurateurs.
