"Value of Values During a Crisis" video series
Each week, we continue to release new episodes of our "Value of Values during a Crisis" video series. Today, we wanted to introduce you to Fleet member, Theresa Trelstad, as she takes on the Practicality value. During this five minute video, she compares Practicality to a muscle that needs to be exercised.
Theresa also shares a personal reflection about how she responds to stress, "Put me in a challenging situation and I get practical real fast!" She also offers the valuable suggestion "If you find that you ground yourself in practicality during times of crisis, you might want to consider a job where a calm demeanor under pressure is highly valued, such as a project manager or an operations role."
Theresa is an experienced marketer with two decades of agency, consulting and corporate management experience. She has led agencies, held global leadership roles, built efficient teams and effectively bridged cultures. In addition to working with The PEAK Fleet, she is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Trelstad Communications.

Replay of "Live" Authenticity Matters available
On April 30th, Jen had the opportunity to host the first “Live” and hour-long production of Authenticity Matters, in support of the XRAY.fm fundraising drive. The topic of using Empathy in a time of crisis seemed fitting for this time in our lives when patience and understanding is so important!
