We’re getting our newsletter to you a bit early this month to invite you to a special virtual event next week where we will be announcing ACAF’s 2020 Change-Makers! Check out the details below and we hope you’ll join us. Wishing you a happy and healthy Memorial Day Weekend!

You are Invited: 2020 Change-Makers Celebration

On May 28th at 2 PM ET, join All Children - All Families for the release of the 2020 edition of Celebrating Everyday Change-Makers in Child Welfare, our annual report spotlighting the organizations and professionals working every day to ensure LGBTQ youth and families are safe and healthy. During this challenging time, this event will share messages of hope and resilience from these change-makers and the youth and families they serve. It’s also a great way to learn more about the work of ACAF, especially if your organization is interested in coming onboard as a participant for 2021. We hope you’ll tune in!

Featured Speakers include: HRC President Alphonso David; ACAF Director Alison Delpercio, Dr. Yolanda Graham, Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical/Medical Officer at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health; Nakiya Lynch, HRC Youth Ambassador & Prince George’s County Department of Social Services Youth Ambassador; and Ashley Rhodes-Courter, HRC Foundation Parents for Transgender Equality Council member and New York Times Best-Selling Author of “Three Little Words.”

Register today! You can also RSVP and share the event on Facebook.

HRC Responds to Final AFCARS Rule from HHS
