In pandemic times, it makes a world of difference to focus on the simple and small everyday things that we often take for granted. The more positive experiences you can provide yourself, the better you’ll feel.
Here’s a little exercise with this in mind:
Choose something small and dear to you, something that has special significance to you, to carry for several days. Really, it can be anything, just try to choose something small that provides you with a warm feeling.
This will become your amulet.
Be conscious of your amulet as you carry it with you. Imagine that it provides you with special awareness powers, both in helping create opportunities for you to be positive and for bringing positivity to you and those you encounter.
At night, before you go to bed, take a minute to hold your amulet and look at it. Do this mindfully. If it feels right to you, thank your amulet for the power it has given you.
