Important Changes Coming to How We Manage Your Data

May 22, 2020

A Message from NACDD's Member Services Team

Dear Members,

NACDD is excited to announce the transition from our current Association Management Software (AMS) to a new system. We have been with our current AMS for over seven years and have outgrown its capabilities. The new system will modernize our business operations across multiple workstreams, facilitate better relationships with our Members, and improve several business processes. Additionally, it will provide a great deal more flexibility to support our growth. As a data-driven system, the new AMS will allow us to enhance Member profiles and to provide a stronger foundation for improved, personalized experiences based on Member focus and interests.

The Association is experiencing tremendous growth, and our efforts to continuously improve our service and support to our Members remain critical to our Mission. We look forward to exploring new heights of connectedness and engagement with you through technology and innovation.

In preparation for the transition, we will deactivate our current AMS feature by COB today, May 22. Please note: this deactivation will not disrupt your ability to receive communications from NACDD. However, it will suspend Members’ ability to update their profiles or register a new account directly.

Members should forward any profile updates, other requests, or inquiries to Members Services via email at Members@chronicdisease.org.

Further communication with details about Member profile activation in the new system will be shared when the implementation is complete.

Thank you and, as always, let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Best,
Tamika L. Smith, MBA, MS
Director of Membership & Project Management Office
