Eid ul Fitr 1141 AH - Sunday, May 24
- According to the Fiqh Council of North America, Eid ul Fitr 1141 AH and the first day of Shawwal will be on Sunday, May 24, 2020.
- There will be a virtual Khutbah by Imam Rasheed on Eid day at 9:00a.
- Please see below for Eid Takabeer.
- Eid Prayer will NOT be held at the masjid due to COVID-19 restrictions; at-home prayer guidelines during lockdown can be read here.
- There will be a drive-thru offering candy bags for kids and ice cream for everyone on Eid day at the Masjid from 12:00 noon to 1:30p.
- There will be a chance to tour the new Masjid at the same time.
- Fitra has been fixed at the rate of $12 per person. It should be paid for everyone in the family including the unborn child. Please click here to pay Fitra or use the button below.

Ramadan Virtual Construction Fundraiser - Final numbers!!
- IALFM conducted a virtual construction fundraising event on May 19 (the night before 27th Ramadan) with a special guest speaker Imam Hassan Khalil.
- Despite being a virtual event and the current pandemic, the entire IALFM community deserve to be applauded for the great turn out and participation.
- The Board Of Directors (BoD) at the IALFM would like to thank the community for its generous support to the Masjid's fundraising effort.
- Alhamdolillah, a grand total of approximately $291,000 was collected in funds towards the new masjid's construction.
- With the will of Allah swt, we will pray the next year’s Taraweeh at our new Masjid.
Abu Sa'eed narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
"Whoever is not grateful to the people, he is not grateful to Allah." [Tirmidhi #1955]

- For kids' Quran classes, please email education@ialfm.org - All children are welcome to continue their Quran school, whether the
parents are able to pay the tuition or not; no child will be prevented
from attending Quran school due to the inability to pay the tuition.

Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.” (Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 439, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 533)
