Summer Fruits
Peaches, nectarines, flat peaches and apricots - the season for summer stone fruit has started. Although we love to champion locally grown produce, we also enjoy the seasonal variety of fruit that arrives from overseas - Spanish peaches and nectarines now, followed by French melons and grapes later in the season and finally winter citrus from Cyprus and Morocco. Each has it's time and place, and knowing when it is at its best ensures fantastic flavour and quality.
