Dear Members and Supporters,
On May 21, 2020, the Government of Manitoba released a draft plan for Phase 2 of reopening the province. This plan includes some provisions for the re-opening of public swimming pools and related programming.
The draft plan is available from the Government of Manitoba online.
Manitoba Health Officials have indicated that they have not decided when Phase 2, with these new provisions, will be launched. They are asking for feedback on the Phase 2 Draft Plan. A direct link to the feedback survey is available at the above website.
Please be aware, Lifesaving Society Manitoba is reaching out to the Province to determine the exact details on timing and implementation of this plan.
