The Handbook for Local Churches put out by the Virginia Conference is an ever-changing document. Hours after this Webinar was held, a revised version of the handbook was released, changing many of the page numbers referenced therein. It is the responsibility of the HCT to remain aware of the changes made to the Handbook and to react and adjust accordingly.
