I am truly excited to join NORRAG as Executive Director. I have supported and admired the work of NORRAG for many years as a network member, and served on the Consultative Committee for three years. [...] 

We share with you all a deep concern about the effects of crises, such as Covid-19, and how they further exacerbate the divide between those who have access to quality and equitable education and those who have not.

NORRAG Launches KIX Europe Asia Pacific Hub

NORRAG organised on Wednesday 27 May the online launch event as part of the newly started KIX Hub for Europe, Asia, Pacific (EAP). NORRAG was selected to host the KIX EAP Hub as a Regional Learning Partner, serving as one of the four regional hubs of the KIX Initiative. KIX is a joint endeavour between the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) to connect expertise, innovation and knowledge to help developing countries build stronger education systems and accelerate progress toward SDG 4. The NORRAG team welcomed Moira Faul as the new NORRAG Executive Director today. As the NORRAG team is currently working from home due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the welcome party took place over Zoom. The Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) is hosting the first in a series of VCIES EiE Data Webinars on Wednesday 10 June, 10 – 11:30 am.
