Team,
I am sure that all of you are aware of the events that have been happening around the country over the last few days. The horrific death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, and the circumstances surrounding it, has again highlighted the problem of racism in our country – an issue that affects, and impacts, us all.
I want you to know that everyone on the StrasGlobal team is safe at work from racism and discrimination. Our motto is: Making life better – for our team, our customers, and our clients. We care deeply about the StrasGlobal team and we will stay true to our values. Regardless of your race, gender, sexual identity, or religion, you will be treated with respect and dignity in our company. We owe it to ourselves, and each other, to take care of one another and to provide a safe environment for us to gather and work together.
