Let's make a fun kitchen memory!
Try out these two recipes from the Maxwell Club:
SUMMER COFFEE DRY RUB & SAUCE

DRY RUB

combine 2 tablespoons of ground dark roast coffee and 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Rub on steak or chicken and season with salt before grilling

BARBECUE SAUCE

Combine 1 cup each ketchup and brewed coffee along with

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup molasses

1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic and

1/2 teaspoon granulated onion in saucepan. Simmer until thickened, 25-30 min and season with salt

Don't let the stay home order turn you into a couch potato! There are plenty of exercises you can do to stay in shape during a time where all the gyms are closed. Go for a run, walk your dog, and use body weight exercises. Even spending time outside with the kids is a great way to keep you up and about. Set up scavenger hunts or daily challenges to stretch your legs and stay fit.
