Software Update

Yesterday, we released Joulescope UI 0.8.16. Your software should automatically prompt you to download the update, and you can also directly download the release.

We recommend that you update today!

This release focuses on improved stability and eliminating software crashes. While we always emphasize reliability, we found a few areas where we fell short. This release fixes those issues so that you can confidently perform long-duration captures. With this release, we currently have no known issues affecting reliability! We want to thank the fantastic Joulescope customers who helped us track down these elusive issues over the past few months.

COVID-19 Statement

The Joulescope Store is open as usual to serve our customers. Joulescope is portable and affordable, perfect for helping you remain productive from home. We have a sufficient stock of factory calibrated units available for immediate shipment. NIST-traceable calibrated units have a standard two week lead time, but they are often in stock.

We rely on our shipping partners to safely deliver your orders, and all have COVID-19 information. Check out the statements from UPS, DHL, and the USPS. Joulescopes ship worldwide from Maryland, USA.

As of now, our small team remains healthy. We continue to wash hands more frequently, regularly sanitize our fulfillment center, and practice physical distancing to help keep ourselves and our customers safe.
