As Calls for Justice Grow In Cities Around the Country, HousingPlus Continues to Support Women Affected By Structural and Institutional Racism

Thank you for standing with us throughout the wake of the public health crisis and for being an ally in our efforts to reimagine justice.

Today, we are writing to give you an update on the annual HousingPlus Celebration and Good Person Awards. As you know, we recently decided to postpone the event to September 14th, 2020 out of concern for the safety of attendees. We have closely monitored the situation and--like many other organizations--we now think it best to forego our in-person event this year and hold it virtually instead. The date remains the same and we are excited for you to join us for a "HousingPlus Housewarming Party," where we will recognize our stellar honorees and this year’s achievements.

The 2020 Good Person Awards will be given to Anne E. Delaney, L+M Builders Group, and MHG Architects, P.C., who have been tremendous supporters of our work. We are grateful for the many ways they contribute to our success and their flexibility during this unprecedented time. We look forward to honoring them and hearing their messages to our community.
