eNews Update
June 8, 2020
     As we begin a new week together, we are so grateful for our community and church family.  In the midst of so many who have died of COVID-19, the tragic death of George Floyd, and the violence that has erupted in our nation...the church is called to leadership.  That leadership comes in so many forms; with a kind heart, with prayerful consideration for our neighbors, with respect, with seeking justice, with a desire to make an impact peacefully, with thought and deepened compassion for humanity. Take time to pray today for our country, for our community, for guidance and direction, and a voice that can make a difference as we proclaim our faith and our love for Jesus.  Jesus is the great healer, and more than ever we need His presence and abiding love.
     As we look ahead we continue our schedule:
     On Father's Day, June 21st, we invite you to join us in worship at 9am as we live stream.  We will share in Holy Communion, and two $30 gift cards will be given away on this Father's Day with a drawing!  Then following worship Karyn, Pastor Dan, Bryce, and Harvey will be set up outside for a drive by time for "Dad's Root Beer Floats".  It will be safe as the four of us have been together these past several months. We will take all precautions and hope that you will drive by to say, "Hi," and receive a float!  We begin serving at 10:15am until the last car drives by.  Come and celebrate with us.

      We share God's peace with you.
      Each of you is in our daily prayers,

      Pastor Dan

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness, gentleness, self-control;
against such things there is no law.
