It is hard to be encouraged these days. We mourn not only the death of one man at the hands of the police, but the deaths of many. We mourn living in a nation that incarcerates so many of its citizens and clearly discriminates against non-whites from the top on down. We have watched helplessly as the message of legitimate protest has been degraded by violence and theft. We plan to work seriously and committedly for healing of our national wounds.

Creating reasons for hope has been our mission from the beginning. Pando Days premiere events will soon begin showcasing remarkable achievements and breakthroughs.  But in deference to current events, we are postponing our roll-out schedule by one week.

Please join us at the new dates and times to learn what Southland colleges and universities are doing to create a more hopeful future.
