Riding the waves of uncertainty during turbulent times

The COVID-19 pandemic is putting financial pressure on many individuals and families. While there are some support systems in place, it is still a stressful, unprecedented time for the economy and individual finances. Managing existing bills and commitments during COVID-19 can be even more tricky when you and/or your partner have lost work.

Stay financially afloat in a time of change by:

  • Reviewing your budget, workout essential vs non-essential
  • Re-prioritising your financial goals and consider a COVID-19 financial plan
  • Seeking help for issues related to credit, debt or gambling
  • Contact your bank for help with mortgage or credit payments
  • Reviewing your employment and/or study options
  • Researching government payments, subsidies and benefits for this period
Free, confidential support is available for people with or affected by gambling harm. Visit www.gamblinghelpsa.org.au if gambling is impacting your life.
