Richard Dobbs and Professor Sir David Spiegelhalter have have been appointed as non-executive board members of the UK Statistics Authority (UKSA) for a period of three years. Read the full story.
Sir David Norgrove, Chair of the UK Statistics Authority, has written to Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Matt Hancock MP, calling the Government’s use of statistics around tests for coronavirus (COVID-19) “far from complete and comprehensible”. Read his letter in full.
