PASCAL International Observatory Site Digest

We are all preoccupied with friends and family, activities planned long ago are suspended, projects that once looked important are now put to one side because there are new questions to ask and to try to answer. This is where PASCAL comes in - and hopefully, into your home office or make-do library.

I hope that you will make the same effort that I am making to write for the PASCAL site, to share thoughts, observations, and yes concerns.  I hope to have something for you to read on what we still need to learn from the crisis of 2008 about a recovery plan for cities. The climate change and health agendas are going to be hard to bring together.

The crisis will keep us apart but the website will bring us together.  Read the PASCAL Digest and visit the PASCAL family of sites!

Remembering Professor Paul Benneworth

Written by David Charles on Jun 02, 2020 09:56 am

His passing at the young age of 46 is a tragic loss to his wife Leanne, two young children, and their family, but also to an international network of researchers who have benefitted from Paul’s deep scholarship, sharp mind and most importantly his generosity of spirit.
