MXDC Nights: Creando Cambios: The Narrative of an Hombre Latino.

Dr. Aranda works as a student affairs professional at South Dakota State University, where he focuses on the retention and degree completion of Latinx students. Moreover, he advocates for diversity, inclusion, access, and multiculturalism as the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the South Dakota Higher Education Association and as the Chair of the Mentorship Program for Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education.

Con el propósito de promover oportunidades de negocios y ofrecer una plataforma común que promueva la colaboración, nuestro equipo ha compilado una lista de negocios locales de restaurantes y servicios que se han visto afectados por el reciente "Orden de quedarse en casa" y el cierre de negocios no esenciales .

MXDC is a volunteer-based, non-partisan, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to (1) organize and strengthen the network of qualified Mexican professionals who reside in the DMV metropolitan area, (2) promote the professional and personal development of its members, (3) serve as a networking platform and reference point for the professional Mexican diaspora and “Friends of Mexico,” (4) act as a vehicle for Mexicans in this region to contribute to the social, political and economic development of Mexico and (5) create local programs and projects that showcase the cultural richness, diversity and history of Mexico.

MXDC serves as the Washington, DC chapter of the
Red Global de Mexicanos, a global network of organizations recognized by the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME) that seeks to unite the Mexican diaspora in order to promote the image of Mexico throughout the world.
