Our Focus for July is
Radical Self-Compassion

Sometimes, there are many people and systems that benefit from our habits of over-extending, exhausting, depleting, and numbing ourselves out. It can be indeed a radical act to begin to practice self-compassion. With self-compassion, we give ourselves the same kindness and care we’d give to a good friend. Self-compassion is extending compassion to yourself when you feel inadequate, failure, or general suffering.

Join us on Thursday, July 23, 2020 when Dr. Sonia Alverez-Robinson, Executive Director of the Georgia Tech Office of Strategic Consulting, leads us in an interactive discussion around the idea of Radical Self-Compassion.

This was a really good discussion. I think all HR training should be done via BlueJeans. It’s much more convenient!
