In an attempt to reduce screen fatigue, we have changed the timeline for the meeting, so there will be NO coffee hour. Check-in for Annual Meeting will begin at 11:15 am; the meeting will begin at 11:30 am.
Please note the following important information.
Before the Annual Meeting:
If you are unfamiliar with either the “Participants” panel or the “Chat” panel in Zoom, you will need to practice prior to the meeting. You can practice in an impromptu Zoom meeting with a friend, using the telephone as an auxiliary communication if you need it for receiving instruction. You should understand:

How to use the Participants panel to reflect the name(s) of all participants on a Zoom session, in order to be identified and to facilitate voter check-in before the meeting.

How to use the Raise Hand icon in the Participants panel, which is how you will indicate if you have a question or wish to share a comment.

How to enter a response in a Private Chat panel, which is how you will vote if you and another voting member are sharing a device.
If you wait until the day of the meeting to learn how to use these Zoom features, you may experience difficulty with participation.

A Zoom link to the annual meeting will be sent to all registered attendees by Friday, June 5.
