The Congregational Council has been busy during the past weeks with the fluid situation of responding to the pandemic and the beginning of recovery. Each of the various programs and activities of church business have some similar and some unique challenges and opportunities.

We invite you to click HERE to read the Minutes of the Council meeting of May 21, 2020.

We seek your input to create the next Council meeting Agenda. Do you have issues or concerns to bring to the Council? If you would like to propose an agenda item for the June 2020 Council meeting, you are welcome to and encouraged to do so, by contacting any Council member listed below to discuss your idea. You may also simply email your idea or requested agenda item to  codsecretarycalvary@gmail.com.

In order for your idea to be included on the June meeting agenda, we must receive it by Tuesday, June 9, 2020, for inclusion in the Executive Committee meeting, where the Council agenda is finalized. (The Executive Committee normally meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month, and the full Council meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month.)

We ask each of you to keep Calvary by the Sea and your Congregational Council in your prayers as we move forward through the challenges we face in the days and weeks ahead.
