This is an organization made up of friends and neighbors, people who believe in coming together to help support a thriving community in Muskegon Heights. In doing this, we are an organization that seeks to empower one another. Since 2004, when Dr. Doris Rucks founded CCD, that is who we are. That is what we do. That is what we will continue to do.
