Indian Hill Club 2020
A few pointers...

We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow or shortly thereafter!  

We are working hard to make sure check-in is quick and everyone can get the most out of their pool times as possible. We have had a few frequent questions and a couple of updates we wanted to make you aware of before you arrive. 
  • Reminder: For those of you who may have paid a portion of your dues via installment, the entire balance is now due and should be paid prior to entry in the Club.
  • Temperature checks are no longer required at entry. Please monitor for any symptoms and stay home if not well.
  • At least for now, please remember to only book 1 pod per day per membership. Additional daily bookings are first-come, first-served and are opened 60 minutes before a time slot which still has available slots.
  • Guests:  For the time being we will not be allowing any guests, which includes grandchildren.  We hope to be able to amend this as Governor/Health Department orders and directives change. 
  • All memberships are required to reserve their own Pod.  Even in the instance where a member friend will be supervising your child, your child must have his or her own Pod. We will not be able to allow separate memberships to enter the pool with only one Pod reservation. This is not member-specific, but based on the need to maintain the best handle on capacity and the pods are how that is accomplished.
  • Because of the cleaning required between pool time slots, there will be an increased chance that chairs will be wet upon arrival. You may want to bring an extra towel. 
  • If you have questions for the front desk please hold them until the line for check-in is gone.  
  • In addition to being offered in the snack shack, we have also set up a cooler with water and Gatorade G2 drinks at the front desk. These will be available for sale in each time block after all guests are checked in should you simply want to purchase a drink and avoid the snack area. 
  • If there is thunder/lightning, you will be asked to leave the pool or return to your cars. We do not have enough capacity under our shelter areas to have all members wait it out within the gates.   
  • We will not be accepting cash for any on-premises purchases at this time.  
  • We understand some accounts do not have Covid-Waivers automatically populating.  If that is the case we will have you sign a hard copy when you arrive at check-in.
  • You will have first-come first-served access to the pod-type you reserved online. Some pics of the pods are below.  

Please remember to keep a 6-foot distance in line for check-in. Thanks in advance for your efforts and patience as we all navigate these new regulations. Doing your part will ensure our Club stays safe for everyone and open for swimming!
