7:15 PM Introduction of Frank (Raz) Inserra who has offered to accept a seat (one of three open seats) on SPNA board. I am recommending that he be elected by our board following introduction of Raz and any discussion (Jim has reminded me that Raz would fill seat #14. Anna will assign seat # to all board members, if not already done)

7:30 PM Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA) Proposal dated May 1, 2020, Michael Kaplan and Jim Gardner for SPNA and Phil Gilbertson for DNA
