Hello & Welcome to Edition #37 of the
Weekly Femtech Insider Newsletter!

To the Femtech Insider Community

Those who know me, know that I sometimes find it hard to find the right words. But in times of inequality, racism and institutionalized violence, silence is not an option. Our commitment to diversity goes beyond gender. In tech we like to believe that we are a meritocracy, that the best ideas win. The numbers, however, tell a different story.

We have a lot to learn. We have a duty to act. We are committed to educating ourselves, to listening more, to developing more empathy for the experiences of people of color in our community and beyond. We will prioritize this work and hope to become better allies and advocates for change in the process.

Thank you to everyone, who has taken time to provide and curate anti-racism resources for our education. Thank you for helping us be better and do better.

Stay safe, Kathrin
