LEAN management to services
Lean Management applied to service: How to transform forced adaptation to telework into an opportunity for improvement?
We’ve invited speakers Marie-Pia Ignace CEO and Founder of OPERAE, a well-known specialist in lean management for the services industry and Delphine Roche, Transformation & IT Director at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions.
The webinar will be moderated by FICPI-France President Marc Levieils of REGIMBEAU.
The session will cover:
- The digitisation of intellectual property management, both within the IP firms themselves and with regard to exchanges between firms (as organised for example by the EDI project on the basis of standards NF 50-276) reveals the hidden transaction costs of these operations and the possible optimisation of all these processes.
- Lean management applied to services provide interesting methods and solutions to rethink our workflows and meet this challenge.
- These issues are also much more sensitive in the context of the massive telework organisation that all professionals are forced to adopt in the current lockdown situations. Lean management could be a useful source of inspiration to help us transform this forced adaptation into an opportunity for improvement.
There will be the opportunity to ask questions throughout this interactive session which will be tackled at the end of the session.
