An updated version of the Emergency Department Transfer Communication Measure will be utilized for MBQIP reporting starting with January 1, 2020 encounters.
CMS Outpatient Measures*: OP-2, OP-3, OP-18 | Due: Saturday, August 1, 2020
- Patients seen Q1 2020 (January, February, March)
- CART version 1.18.0
- CMS Hospital Outpatient Reporting Specifications Manual version 12.0b
- Submitted to the QualityNet warehouse via CART or by vendor
CMS Population and Sampling (optional)* | Due: Saturday, August 1, 2020
- Patients seen Q1 2020 (January February, March)
- Outpatient and Inpatient measures
- Entered via Secure Portal on QualityNet
*Population and sampling refers to the recording of the number of cases the hospital is submitting to the QualityNet warehouse, this is done directly thru the QualityNet Secure Portal. Reporting of population and sampling data is strongly encouraged but not required in order for your data to be submitted to CMS
