Hello, Class of 2020!

It was wonderful to chat with you today. I look forward to connecting with you more in the future as Alumni of Leadership Montana. As I mentioned we are recruiting for two very important volunteer roles: multiple Community Reps and a Class Rep.  Will you be one of these important volunteers?  Please let me know if you are interested in serving as a volunteer by emailing or calling me at (406) 461-6642 by June 8. You can also nominate a classmate you think would be great in this role. 
We are seeking volunteers and nominations for Class Rep and Community Reps. 

Community Rep – Events Coordinator with other Alumni in your community

• Do you want to continue building connection with LMT Alumni in your community?
• Do you want to be an active part of the continued LMT experience?
• Do you have ideas for Alumni events in your community?
• After your class experience is over do you want to ensure you get a regular dose of Leadership Montana magic?
• Do you want to join a team of Alumni in your community planning Alumni events?
• Do you want to be the first to know about Alumni plans and events in the works?
• Which class member in your community has great connections and great ideas?
• Which classmate in your community has already started to extend their Leadership Montana experience to your local Alumni network?
• Which classmate in your community would be great at leading a team to plan local Alumni events?
• The Community Rep is a one year term commitment. We are currently seeking Community Reps for Helena, Bozeman, Billings, Kalispell/Flathead area, Great Falls, Missoula and the eastern Montana regions.

• Do you want to help ensure the class members stay in communication and connection to each other AND to the LMT organization?
• Will you help celebrate and share successes of classmates? Will you rally support and comfort for a classmate in need?
• Do you want to help build excitement to get the gang back together for a reunion at the annual Confluence (every September in a new place each year – this year in Bozeman) and Celebrate Montana dinner (every April in Billings).
