Call us at 413-447-9023 or message us on our Facebook page to discuss how we can help. If you want to shop, we can text or email photos or videos of specific items you’re interested in. We’ll meet you at a designated spot (we’ll be wearing a face mask). If you’re dropping off a repair, we’ll prepare a claim ticket or receipt while you wait. If you prefer, we’ll text or email it to you. We’ll call or text you when your order/repair is ready and make arrangements for pick up or delivery. If you are unable to pick up, we’ll deliver locally free of charge.
At all times, we will be wearing a face mask. We sanitize our hands before every interaction. We sanitize all incoming jewelry and sanitize it again before pick up.

This upcoming August will mark the 20th anniversary of the formation of Phoenix Theatres. In the 2 decades that followed we have had more than our fair share of difficult challenges that are typical to a small business. However, none of these problems have been as serious as the current COVID-19 Pandemic.
Since this all started back in March when we had to close our doors to help battle this pandemic, we have been putting together a comprehensive plan for how to reopen the theatres as safely as possible. We looked at all the recommended safety precautions provided by the National Association of Theatre owners, local officials, and the CDC.
