Plans Announced for Fall 2020 Semester
Students walking on campus

Maryville College will resume in-person classes and residential living in August, officials recently announced. Among the most significant changes are an earlier start and end date for the fall semester, reduced class sizes and single-occupancy rooms in some residence halls. Reopening will also require modifications to behaviors and campus operations. Read more about the College’s plans for the fall semester.

Celebrating the Bogarts

Maryville College will honor its outgoing president, Dr. Tom Bogart, and First Lady Mary Bogart during the week of June 22-26. The week-long recognition will culminate in a drive-by thank-you parade on Circle Drive from 4:30 until 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 26. The Bogarts will be seated in a tent in front of Anderson Hall.

All current students, alumni, families, faculty, staff and friends from the community are invited to drive by and celebrate the Bogarts and the College’s progress over the last 10 years. The thank-you parade will be live-streamed on the College’s Facebook page for those unable to participate in person. More details can be found on the MC website.

Alumni Survey: Homecoming

Homecoming 2020 is scheduled for Oct. 16-18; however, MC has not yet made a final decision regarding hosting the event on campus this year, due to COVID-19. This survey addresses your comfort level in returning to campus, and your answers will help advise us in making a decision about this year’s event. The survey also includes questions about MC’s social media accounts, and we’d love your feedback. Please be sure to take the survey by June 30!
