We are so excited to hear intra-provincial leisure travel is now permitted.
Regulations – as advised by President Cyril Ramaphosa in his address on June 17 – do allow for intra-provincial travel for leisure.

No passports or visas required when we travel locally! Behind the scenes there is always so much going on and we have to credit most of it to the generosity of our donors and sponsors who have all given so much towards the upkeep of conservation and to #helpushelpourrhinos

CONSTRUCTION

The foundations are being laid and the stage is set. Construction has begun on accommodation for the Anti Poaching Unit (APU) at the Bayala Gate. This is expected to take approx 2 months - we will keep you up to date with the progress. Funds for this project were raised at our Charity Fundraising Event after the CT Cycle Tour in March 2020

OUR NEW TRAILER

At last we have been able to purchase a trailer that is suitable for the transportation of wildlife and has been reinforced to be able to carry the weight of a rhino. When an injured animal is found on the reserve, Dr Mike Toft will be able to collect the animal and take it back to his Wildlife Sanctuary. Once there, he will continuously monitor the animal and nurse it back to health before releasing it back into the wild.

MASKS & BUFFS

Our MASKS and BUFFS are now in stock.
The masks have a metal nose piece to prevent the mask from slipping and glasses from fogging up.
The masks are available in small/ medium and large at R75 each
The buffs are R150 each
All proceeds from the sale of masks and buffs will go towards rhino conservation, so whilst you are protecting yourself and your loved ones, you are also helping to protect our rhinos!
