The global-wide demonstrations taking place over the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers have been a loud and clear reminder that racial inequality and oppression is a present-day reality. Many organisations have voiced their support for widespread change and, in so doing, looking at bettering their own approach towards diversity and inclusion.
