Eat your heart out this July with Dine the Ave
For the fifth year, you can try tasty local dishes on 118th Ave
EDMONTON- This July, Alberta Avenue Business Association presents the return of Eats on 118 - Dine the Ave, an opportunity to taste authentic ethnic and local dishes right here in Edmonton.

Dine the Ave presents an opportunity to try new foods and experience dishes from diverse cultures locally. Now more than ever we should be supporting local business, and coming together as a community,” stated Joachim Holtz, Executive Director at AABA.
Previously, the event was a tour of multiple restaurants that patrons purchased tickets for. However, this will be the second year of the new model, where participating restaurants will offer a special menu item for $15-$25. The featured item is outside their regular menu and consists of 2-3 items, and can be ordered throughout the entire length of the campaign. With this model, more local restaurants are able to be involved and it’s more accessible to a variety of schedules for patrons.

The event will run for the entire month of July and features restaurants on and around Alberta Avenue. There will be take-out and dine-in options, as well as delivery available exclusively through DoorDash.  Dine the Ave is a perfect opportunity to try lots of new foods for a great price. If you’d rather order a favorite dish from the regular menu, no problem. You don’t need to order the featured item to enjoy some tasty eats.

There are many Alberta Avenue businesses participating, like Coliseum Pizza & Steak, Green Onion Cake Man, Mona Lisa Pub, Paraiso Tropical, Szechuan Village, T & D Vietnamese Noodle House, The Duck Taphouse and Grill, and YEG Smoked Meats.
