June 2020 Newsletter

The whole fitness industry is keen to re-open, and many members are chomping at the bit to get back into clubs. The digital pivot has been incredible, and the industry has changed significantly since we went into lockdown.

We must ensure that we re-open safely and with confidence for our members and staff. Some people will not be ready, willing, or able to come back straight away. We must be there for those individuals, keep them engaged as an equally important part of our communities. The digital solutions that we've relied on must plug the gap for these members and staff. They are the ones we must focus on retaining, until they are ready to return.

This is where the new opportunities and lessons are arising. Digital memberships and engagement mechanisms will present new products and offerings for the out-of-club, online experience. And these can also boost retention for traditional memberships.

Read on to learn more about the Leisure Industry Recovery Member Communications guide, and how we can help you to get your members and business back on track.
