July 2020

Bank

  • Young Americans Bank is offering a virtual Piggy Banks scavenger hunt for kids all month!  Youth earn cash prizes for participating: $50 for new accounts and $10 for existing accounts.  The offer is limited to the first 500 customers.
  • Three new virtual Money Matters classes are available!  Thanks to Ron and Renee for creating these awesome courses. Youth earn $10 for participating.
  • Here are updated hours for our three branches:
    • Cherry Creek Branch - regular hours
    • Belmar Branch - regular hours
    • Green Valley Ranch Branch - closed due to Denver Public Schools campus closure; expected to re-open July 31

Programs

  • In-person Summer Camps have begun!  Please continue to park in the back of the lot to help facilitate drop-off and pick-up of campers.  We do have a few limited spaces in camps, especially in August.
  • Virtual Programs have been a fun way for kids and staff to learn this summer!  We still have opportunities available and are planning to add additional Program offerings in August.  Our virtual programs were just featured in a Forbes article!  This is great recognition of the program staff’s hard work to create these new, engaging courses.
  • Construction is still planned for International Towne and for the new classroom-level AmeriTowne at the end of the summer.
